Revindi Media LLC ("Revindi Media," "we," "our," or "us") operates DrywallSolo, the website app.drywallsolo.com and the DrywallSolo company management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Name and email address when you create an account or contact us
• Phone number if you opt into SMS notifications
• Business information (company name, address) for your DrywallSolo account
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Customer and job site data you enter into the DrywallSolo application

Information collected automatically:

• Browser type, device information, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the DrywallSolo application
• To process payments
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, invoices, password resets)
• To send service-related communications (downtime notices, feature updates)
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests
• To improve our website and application
• To comply with legal obligations

We may email you about new features or offers; those emails include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Account, billing and security emails continue while you have an account.

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising tools (see 6.1) that some state laws treat as "selling" or "sharing," and you can turn that off at any time.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and reasonable safeguards, including access controls and regular backups.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may process your data on our behalf:

• Stripe – payment processing
• Resend – account, billing and invoice emails
• Hostinger – website, app and email hosting
• Cloudflare – domain name (DNS) services
• Twilio – text messages (only if SMS features are used)
• Meta Platforms – advertising measurement; Meta also uses this data under its own terms (see 6.1)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Essential ones keep the site and the DrywallSolo app working (for example, keeping you signed in), and one remembers if you’ve turned off ads tracking. Our analytics tool, Umami, doesn’t use cookies. The Meta Pixel sets advertising cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad) unless you’ve turned it off or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. See 6.1 below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6.1 Advertising and analytics

Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies, it doesn’t track you across other websites, and we don’t share or sell that data.

Advertising. Our website (app.drywallsolo.com) and the DrywallSolo app use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. The Pixel shares information with Meta Platforms, Inc., such as the pages you visit, actions like creating an account, and your browser details.

Your choices. You can turn this off at any time. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it automatically), or use the "Turn off Meta ads tracking on this browser" button below. 7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we deactivate it and remove your personal profile details right away. We may keep other records for as long as we need them for legal, tax, billing and security purposes. To ask us to delete your remaining data, email support@garagesolo.com and we’ll confirm when it’s done.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we’ve collected a child’s information, we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll email you or notify you in the app before they take effect.
